The Y strives to have something for everyone. Included with your membership we have a variety of FREE group exercise classes both in person and virtually through YMCA360. Below is a list of our current in-person offerings.
- Senior Exercise: A class designed to help older adults (ages 58 and up) maintain their cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility through various aerobic exercises, stretching, walking, and resistance training. Whether you’re a veteran gym member or a newcomer, we welcome you to come and enjoy the benefits of working out in a group setting.
- EnhanceFitness®: community-based senior fitness and arthritis management program. Its purpose is to help older adults become more active, energized and empowered for independent living. The exercises focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance which can help reduce arthritis symptoms. The class is held in a relaxed atmosphere that encourages social interaction, which is proven to be a vital part of senior health and well-being. EnhanceFitness® welcomes older adults at all fitness levels and is especially beneficial for older adults living with arthritis.
- Mix Fit: Want a great calorie burn but don’t have a lot of time? This 30 min high intensity circuit training class could be what you have been looking for. This class combines cardio, strength and plyometrics, guaranteed to make you sweat!!
- Evening Mix: Mix Fit has been so popular that we added more times and just changed the name a little. Same structure, just later in the day.
